4. Finally, the page provides the link to HCM Query, which includes HR, Benefits and Payroll queries.
The HCM Portal has not worked for some employees since the HCM Upgrade occurred in mid-October 2011. The State Accounting Office (SAO) is working with IBM, Oracle and AT&T vendors to understand what is causing the issues/errors and are working to a resolution. SAO’s Customer Service Center (CSC) encourages your calls and emails, as this may assist in finding the root cause of the issues other users are having, as well as enabling SAO to assist you personally with a resolution as quickly as possible.
Do you need help resetting your password for HCM Portal (which includes Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Teamworks, Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources)?
If you need to reset your password, please log into the HCM Portal https://team.state.ga.us/ and use the “Forgot My Password” link. However, if you have already been locked out of your account, you will need to call into SAO’s Customer Service Center (CSC) to have your password/ account reset. Due to large volume of calls, you may have to leave a voicemail. However, CSC is working diligently through the backlog of voicemails and will contact the ticket owner directly as quickly as possible.
Please contact the SAO’s Customer Service Center with questions or requests for assistance:
