For new employees hired October 1 through November 2, 2009.
You must select your 2009 benefit choices prior to selecting your 2010 choices.
The enrollment application will recognize you as a new employee and allow you to confirm your 2009 benefit choices first. Once you confirm your 2009 benefit choices, you will be required to access the site a second time to make your choices for 2010. You must wait until the next day before logging in the second time. The next day, you will be recognized as a current employee selecting your 2010 benefit choices.

This booklet gives you an opportunity to review and understand your benefit choices for the 2010 plan year. It summarizes the 2010 benefits available to all employees during the annual enrollment period of October 9 - November 10, 2009.
