Georgians looking for state services now have several ways to get help from the 1.800.georgia Contact Center, part of the Governor's Office of Customer Service.

 

Get help by phone: Call 1.800.georgia or 678.georgia to speak to an agent. That's 1-800-436-7442 toll-free or 678-436-7442 in the Atlanta area.

Help yourself online: Visit www.connect.georgia.gov to access the same searchable "KnowledgeBase" our call center agents use. This Web site offers information on more than 2,000 state services.

Chat with an agent: Go to www.connect.georgia.gov, type your question and a trained agent will quickly respond.

Reach us by email: Send your question using the email form provided on www.connect.georgia.gov. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions to help us continually improve our service.

The 1.800.georgia Contact Center is supported by the state’s KnowledgeBase, which is updated daily and validated for accuracy quarterly by representatives from every agency.
