This month, Team Georgia’s “featured retiree” is Janine Jennings Joseph, who recently celebrated her retirement after 30+ years of dedicated service to the state. Janine finished her career of service with Quality Rated, an initiative of Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
