First Day Cruise

Come celebrate the New Year with a relaxing sunset cruise along the Crooked River waterways. Binoculars provided. Space limited. Ages 6 and older. Preregistration required by 4:30 PM day prior cruise $30 plus $5 parking. 912-882-5256.

Wildlife of Our World

Meet and greet the animals who make coastal Georgia their home in this exciting and informative live animal presentation. Learn about their behaviors, why they look and live the way they do and gain a better understanding of why they are so important to our world. $2 plus $5 parking. 912-882-5256.

Meet the Farm Animals

General Coffee State Park – Nicholls, GA
Give us a helping hand in the morning and feed the animals at the farm, collect eggs, and get to goof off with our donkey’s. We will start by feeding our farm animals (sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, horse, donkeys, and a mule). Learn about the diet of these different animals and tips on maintaining them. Cosmic Archery

Join our Archery Instructor for this spectacular program! During our Cosmic Archery program you will get to fine tune your archery skills in the dark with the assistance of black lights, glow in the dark targets, and glow sticks. Reptile Rendezvous

Toddler Ranger

Fort Yargo State Park – Winder, GA
Looking for a morning activity for you and your toddler? Join us for our monthly Toddler Ranger Programs! We will meet at the visitors center and begin our program promptly at 10:30 am. Home School Exploration Day

Home school students are invited to join us for a ranger-led, educational program. We will meet the last Thursday of every month to cover a different topic.
