Twitter. Facebook. YouTube. It’s the “grapevine” on steroids! With social media, unhappy customers can quickly share and amplify their bad customer service experiences with hundreds, thousands or even millions of people. Who wants their 15 minutes of fame this way?
The good news is that customers who receive excellent customer service often share these experiences, too. You can’t stop someone from talking about you or your organization on the internet. But if you give your best service every day, you can be the person people rave about, instead of rant about.
