Changes to TeamWorks HCM, Employee Self Service URL and
System-generated Email Messages
On October 8th, the URL (web address) for TeamWorks HCM Employee Self Service changed, and embedded hyperlinks were removed in system-generated email messages. All TeamWorks HCM, Employee Self Service users are affected by these changes.
New URL: The domain portion of the name changed:

https://hcm.teamworks.georgia.gov
To assist in the transition, anyone using the old URL after the new URL is active will be redirected to the new URL. This redirection will be available until February 28, 2019.
Embedded Hyperlinks in Email Messages: For security reasons, hyperlinks embedded in TeamWorks HCM messages will be removed. Instead, system-generated messages will provide the navigation path. This change will be made for all email messages from TeamWorks HCM, including those generated from ePerformance and Absence Management.
What Action is Required By You?
- Begin using the new web address, https://hcm.teamworks.georgia.gov to access TeamWorks HCM.
- Update your browser Favorites, Bookmarks, etc. with the new URL.
- Delete the old URL (“route88.state.ga.us”) from your browser Favorites, Bookmarks, etc.
