Silent Signing Stroll

Get tickets from Eventbrite or call to register. Learn and practice American Sign Language with a Ranger! We will meet at the Iron Hill Trail for a leisurely walk as we use ASL signs for the things we discover. This is a leisurely 1.5 mile walk. Program may be cancelled for inclement weather. Zombie Archery Shoot
Saturday, Oct 5, 2019 3 PM to 4 PMF.D. Roosevelt State Park – Pine Mountain, GA
Zombie target shooting adventure for ages 10 to adult. Fun for the whole family. We provide basic instruction equipment. Pay and pre-register at the Park Office or pay correct cash at the site. Capturing the Beauty of Sweetwater

This mile long, moderate hike will take us down to the scenic highlights of the park where we will leisurely sketch and/or photograph the ruins of the New Manchester mill, the beauty of Sweetwater Creek, and the rapids. Hay Rides and Marshmallows

Trick or Treat Trail Ride

Wear a comfortable costume and try something new for Halooween. Trick or treat on horseback along a woodland trail. Geared towards ages 6-adult. Halloween Festival

Trunk or Treat for Halloween

Bring your decor and candy and join us for our annual Trunk or Treat. Visitors decorate their cars and hand out treats as kids walk from car to car. Activities will be provided for kids while cars are being decorated. Prizes will be awarded for cars and costumes.
