Sweetwater Creek State Park – Lithia Springs, GA

Learn simple techniques for staying safe and keeping track of your family when venturing into the great outdoors. Georgia Department of Natural Resources Search and Rescue Dog Team volunteer Diane Stone and her trusty K9 companion Keegan will be leading this interactive class (unless a SAR emergency is occurring). Join us “on rope” for an adventure exploring the canopy above. This is an introductory program to recreational tree climbing. Bark in the Park: Dog Hike

Sweetwater Creek State Park – Lithia Springs, GA
Walk the beautiful trails of the park with your four-legged companion. We will enjoy a guided hike by a park ranger alongside the rapids of Sweetwater Creek and view the New Manchester Mill from the recent movie “Hunger Games: Mockingjay.” Reservations required.
