Each day, more than 4,000 DJJ employees divided amongst our 26 facilities and 97 community services offices throughout the state, work diligently to effect justice as well as redirect and shape the young lives in the agency’s care.  DJJ employees are the key factor in helping the youth not only take responsibility for their criminal conduct but also in guiding them to become productive members of society.
