How do I submit or suggest an article to be featured on Team Georgia?

Team Georgia accepts submissions and suggestions for news, tips and stories of interest to state employees. Please contact teamgeorgia@doas.ga.gov.

Submitted articles should be no longer than 200 words and come with at least one photo. Content is subject to editing by Team Georgia staff; any edits will be returned for approval prior to publication.

What happened to the Employee Directory? 

The old Employee Directory is no longer maintained. Please refer to the Team Georgia Directory for key contacts.

I can’t access Employee Self Service (PeopleSoft/TeamWorks).  Whom do I contact?
Contact the State Accounting Office Customer Service Center, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 404.657.3956 or 888.896.7771, or email hcm@sao.ga.gov.

I don’t know my user ID for Employee Self Service.
Contact your agency’s HR representative or locate your user ID (same as your employee ID) on a paper copy of your check.

How do I get information about my Health Benefits?
Go to www.myshbp.ga.gov for information about your health insurance.

How do I get information about my Flexible Benefits?
Login into your Flexible Benefits account at www.gabreeze.ga.gov.  For telephone assistance during business hours, call toll-free: 1.877.342.7339 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Eastern time).

I forgot my GaBreeze User ID or Password.  How can I receive help?
Click on the appropriate links on the Login page – either “I Forgot My User ID” or “I Forgot MyPassword.”  You will then be asked personal identifying information, which includes your SSN and date of birth.  Once you enter this information, you will be asked a few of the security questions that you entered when you first registered on the GaBreeze website.

If you previously entered an email address on the GaBreeze website, you will receive a new temporary password sent via email usually within 15 minutes.  If there is no email address on file, the password reset will be sent through regular mail to your home address.

Where do I receive help accessing my GaBreeze account?

If you need help accessing your account, you can call the GaBreeze Benefits Center toll-free at 1.877.342.7339. Representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You’ll need to provide your name, date of birth, last four digits of your Social Security Number and your ZIP code to access your Flexible Benefits information.

Do I still have to login to Team Georgia?
No. However, logins are still required for Employee Self Service/Teamworks and Flexible Benefits/GaBreeze.

Whom should I contact if I have a question about a discount offered on Team Georgia?

Where do I find information about Georgia’s Inclement Weather Policy?
Read the Inclement Weather Policy on the Department of Administrative Services’ Human Resources Administration website.

I need to locate a specific state service. Whom do I call?
To locate a state service, please call an agent at 1.800.georgia (1.800.436.7442) who will connect you to the correct state service.

I’m not able to see any pictures on Team Georgia.
If you are having issues viewing pictures on Team Georgia, you may need to use Chrome, Edge, or Foxfire as your browser to access the Team Georgia website.

Where can I find the State Travel Expense Form?
It is located on the State Accounting Office website.
