Employee Self Service troubleshooting tips

Is HCM Portal (which includes Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Teamworks, Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources) Working Properly For You?

If the HCM Portal is working for you, please continue to use the HCM Portal as you normally would. The HCM Portal link is hcm.teamworks.georgia.gov. You can also access it from the Team Georgia website by clicking “Employee Self Service: MY ACCOUNT” at the top of the page.

If the HCM Portal is not working for you—if you are having login, please use the following path to assist you.

You can access the employee self-service feature by clicking on “Employee Self Service: MY ACCOUNT,” or sign-in at hcm.teamworks.georgia.gov.

Do you need help resetting your password for HCM Portal (which includes Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Teamworks, Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources)?

If you need to reset your password, please log into the HCM Portal at hcm.teamworks.georgia.gov and use the “Reset/Forgot Your Password” link. click on “Reset/Forgot Your Password” and enter your User ID. This will be used to find your profile, in order to authenticate you. Complete the “User Information” form by answering the question for user validation. Once the user validation is complete, you can reset your password and gain access to the PeopleSoft HCM tool. However, if you have already been locked out of your account, you will need to call into SAO’s Customer Service Center (CSC) to have your password/ account reset. Due to large volume of calls, you may have to leave a voicemail. However, CSC is working diligently through the backlog of voicemails and will contact the ticket owner directly as quickly as possible.
