The Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) is excited to accept applications for the position of Performance Management Specialist in the Human Resources Administration (HRA) division. The Performance Management Specialists will support Georgia agencies in the implementation of talent management solutions with a specific focus on the state-wide Performance Management Program. We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven and detail-oriented contributor to assist in providing consultation, analysis and technical expertise around continuous performance management. Our ideal applicant will be self-aware, with an understanding of why performance management matters, and if selected will be expected to demonstrate:

· Technical writing skills
· An understanding of HRIS systems
· Demonstrated success individually and as part of a team
· The ability to communicate the HRA and Performance Management unit’s vision and mission to State agencies throughout Georgia
