Hertz car rental Capitol Hill location is relocating in July 2024

The Hertz car rental Capitol Hill location at 204 Jesse Hill, Jr. Drive Atlanta, Georgia in the Butler Street Parking Deck, will relocate permanently in July 2024. This location will no longer be accessible after July 19, 2024.

The new Hertz car rental location on Capitol Hill will be 202 Courtland Street, Atlanta, Georgia 30303, effective July 20, 2024.

The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) State Purchasing Division is working with Hertz and the Georgia Building Authority (GBA) to ensure a smooth transition to the 202 Courtland Street location and the continuation of statewide car rental services as a convenient transportation alternative for state employees and officials traveling on state business.

A relocation message is posted in Concur, the state travel and expense management system. Reservations for the Jesse Hill Jr. location can only be made through July 19. Concur and the Hertz booking system will be updated to include the address change for the Capitol Hill location. State employees and officials with existing reservations that extend beyond July 19 will be contacted by the Hertz staff to change their pickup or drop-off location to Courtland Street.

To assist in your preparation for this transition, DOAS created a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) with answers to common questions about the relocation. Please share this information with your staff and employees who are impacted by this move. More specific details and updates will be published on the DOAS website as they become available.

Should you have any questions, please contact Tamar Forbes-Semple, Contract Management Specialist for the DOAS State Purchasing Division at tamar.forbes-semple@doas.ga.gov and (404) 657-9430.
